Summary: When she wakes up in the morning she knows this is the day she will die.




When she wakes up in the morning she knows this is the day she will die.
She can feel it in the air; a stillness is present, and while it is not ominous, it is absolute.

She has yet to open her eyes, but as she lies there, she hopes the day is beautiful and bright; she has dreamed of this day many times before. She hopes that the world will give her this one grace, will allow her last day to be one full of sunshine.

She opens her eyes wide, and to her amazement, it seems that someone has heard her pleas; outside her window the sun is shining, there are no clouds in the sky, and a soft breeze is floating through the air.

The day reminds her of so many she has experienced, and in turn, reminds her of a life she has tried to live to the fullest. While she knows this upcoming finality is what she wants, what she has wanted for some time, it’s hard to think about what she is leaving behind.

She hears the many shades of laughter she has listened to in her life; her mother’s, her father’s, Angela’s, Mike’s, Alice’s, Edwards, and Jacob’s.

Jacob.

The sounds of laughter no longer linger; in their place are the echoes of a lifetime. His voice, so full of awe when she had made her final choice; his breathless tone as he’d vowed he would always love her. His whispers while they held each other in an intimate embrace.

His voice, so full of joy, when he’d said their son’s name; he would recall later that saying his own name was somewhat awkward, but she knew he had and always would get a secret thrill from calling their son Jacob.

She could hear his voice, so full of determination and anger, when she’d been diagnosed with breast cancer.

“You’ve survived things no human being could even imagine, and you’re going to tell me a single mutated cell is going to take you away from me?”

For months she’d hear him, when he thought she was out of ear shot, vowing he’d find a way; and he had tried, she knows.

He went to see Edward.

To this day he still believes she isn’t aware; a carefully planned excuse, the intricate façade of a weekend-work conference (but really, she’s never heard of a mechanic that had to go for a ‘welding workshop’). She’d gotten a call from Alice, asking if it was really true, what she’d seen in a vision; Alice knew, of course, that it had to be- but something in Alice’s voice had begged her to deny what they both knew was undeniable.

Alice’s reply, of course, was the same as Jacob’s.

“You’ve seen things that would literally kill lesser people, and something as common as cancer is going to take you?”

Alice had offered then; offered what she had once dreamed of, wished for. Alice said with vehemence that Edward would come in a second, that Alice saw him standing there next to her to change her, to stop the rogue cell within her poor body.

All Bella had to do was say yes.

But Bella had no longer wanted forever; she no longer wanted the promise of eternity.

She had wanted the promise of her estimated 4-6 months with her father, mother, son, and husband. Bella wanted to spend the rest of her life, her blissfully human life, with the people she loved.

And she had; 5 months later found her lying in her hospital bed, knowing that today was the day, and she had no fear at all.

Bella did not know what death would bring; however, she knew what life had brought.

Life had brought Christmas eves and Halloween trick-or-treat outings; it had brought Easter egg hunts, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, funerals, graduations, and love.

Life had granted her a gorgeous little boy who had grown, aged, into an amazing young man. A son who she knew would make her so very proud, already had in so many ways.

And then there was Jacob. A husband so wonderful, so amazing, so beyond words that she felt she’d somehow been granted an eternity of happiness.

Somehow, Bella had been given forever. His name was Jacob.

So, I've recently gotten involved with the ACSNJ's 'Dine Out for Life' program: For the past 18 years, 'DINING OUT FOR LIFE' has been a way for thousands across the country to show their support for people living with HIV/AIDS and to fund programs for HIV/AIDS prevention education.

This year, 31 restaurants in Southern New Jersey have signed up to participate and donate 33% of all food proceeds from the night of April 30th to the Aids Coalition of Southern New Jersey. 

 However, since alot of you may not live in Southern New Jersey (LOL) I was hoping you guys could help out anyway.
 
We're all pretty into the internet, so I've made a page where you can donate to the ACSNJ online (the page is COMPLETELY secure and 100% of the donation goes directly to the ACSNJ and is also tax deductible).

 I'm sorry... but now, whenever I think of Sam, I see him sittng there sucking the hell out of Ruby's arm... WTF SAM! AH! And color? YELLOW, because that's WHAT HIS EYES ARE GOING TO BE IF HE DOESN'T KNOCK IT OFF!!!!!!!!!!

There was this kick ass fanvid once.... and the song was 'The End has Come' by Ben Moody... and it was just so perfect for him, especially after season 3.
I mean... the lyrics are like 'It took from me all that I had, left my soul and spirit dead' and 'what is one used to be three'. It was perfect for him... PERFECT! BUT NOW.....hmm. That's a good question. Maybe 'It's Never Too Late' by Three Days Grace, because even though everything SUCKS right now, and even though he's turning more and more dark side... he still thinks everything will be okay. Boy's got blinders on, seriously.

WELL, lol, see....here's my dilemma; I LOVE Sam/Dean (you people have an issue w. Wincest? Whatever, go away LOL)... but I like Dean/Cas better. But, in my mind? There is no one else I want to see Sam with besides Dean, which is weird I know, but still. All the girls he was always paired with just didn't jive, he deserves better lol (Jared/JENSEN FOREVER!).

First, I'd slap him. Seriously. ALOT. And then, of course, start yelling.
